Refund policy
Returns:
We understand that purchasing from us is a special experience, on most customized jerseys. All sales are considered final. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we want to be flexible. In rare cases, returns can be processed through our customer service, but please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Damages, Defects, and Issues:
We take great pride in our products and their quality. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item altogether, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing the issue and making it right.
For defective products, we kindly request that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photos of the defect to help us better understand the issue. We will work directly with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that the products must be unworn, and you must reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for us to be able to assist.
It's important to note that we cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes ordered or nameplate/number errors resulting from customer submissions.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to item availability. Please understand that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. When it comes to customized jerseys, the availability of nameplates and numbers for exchanged jerseys depends on our current inventory and may not be based on customer preferences. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you about whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Questions:
For pre-sale items, they will ship within 6-8 weeks after the pre-sale closes, not necessarily from the order date. While we strive to meet this timeline, deliveries may occur earlier. In-stock items typically ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready for shipment.
Returns:
Due to the limited edition nature of most of our items, returns can be challenging for us. However, we do want to work with you where possible. For pre-sale items, there is a strict no return policy, given their limited nature. But you can explore selling or trading within our community in our Facebook group. To minimize scams, sales, or trades on jerseys that have not shipped, such activities are prohibited in the Facebook group. For stocked items, we can accept returns within 7 days of delivery. During a return, a 10% restocking fee will be applied (i.e., your refund will be 90% of the product price).
Address Change:
If you need to change your address, please email us as soon as possible to ensure proper delivery. We cannot accommodate address change requests after a product has shipped. Address changes can only be made to another address with the original purchaser's name. Selling or trading your jersey with another person before receiving it yourself is not allowed. When requesting an address change, include your order number and the full address details, including your full name, street address, unit number, city, state, and zip code.
